In 1995, Chuck and Peggy Leighton established Leighton Insurance Agency in Pittsford, NY. Since its foundation, the agency has been serving individuals and businesses of Monroe County and the Southern Tier with professional insurance advice and quality solutions.

Traditional integrity with a modern approach.

In August 2019, Chuck and Peggy sold their agency to Scott Hughes, who had been working at the agency for five years prior. Scott, along with his team, is eager to continue serving their local community and promise to continue to serve the community as Chuck and Peggy had done for 24 years. In addition to this commitment, Leighton Insurance Agency will continue to advance services by staying up-to-date on insurance policies and integrating technological solutions for clients through the ever-changing circumstances of society.
